Description
The Backhoe Loader from the Lego Technic series another well-made model. An absolute novelty are the minuscule cylinders used for raising and lowering of the boom and the dipper. Their compact size opens completely new possibilities in model building. This makes the model stand out. Such a small model was given elaborate, meticulous functions, which makes constructing it even more fun. Unfortunately, there is something to criticise: there’s no differential and therefore no drive for other devices, there’s no engine (not electric) in which cylinders extend and retract, and the steering wheel doesn’t move with the steering of the front wheels. Therefore, there are only five stars in the overall rating.
