• Drive by rubber band

Description
The Blast-Off Dragster, or Bungee Blaster, from the Lego Technic series, is a small dragster that was released in 1997. Instead of a traditional launch ramp or pull-back motor, the dragster uses a rubber band that is wound onto a cable drum when pulled back. When the vehicle is released, the tension causes the band to unwind, powering the rear wheels.
The building instructions include two further variants or models.
The same set was also released under set number 2129, but in yellow.
